Another morning and time has moved forward taking us with it and through it. From the beginning we stretched out and yelled into the world detailing that space of entry with our personal mark that would continue through the years.

Reaching now years later to new limits we have to expand once again against a slowing metabolism and a body that needs to be gently kick started into activation.

As change is constant so is motion and we need to find that motion that will strengthen our minds and bodies for the 100 year stretch.

Eastwards we encounter the practices of yoga and tai chi with 1000 years of valued reviews from adherents who have witnessed the benefits of these practices. Do that Google search find a class near you to introduce you to these practices or download a you tube video. Always listen to your body, consult with your Doctor if you have any health issues that need to be considered before commencing practice and let the flow take you into a new experience of your physical and mental boundaries. That’s part of the 100 year stretch.

There are many and varied ways to exercise the body and whichever speaks to you….remember that just by allowing ourselves to grow in life we are also in a constant state of challenge. It doesn’t have to be hard and strenuous. Be patient and partner responsibly and attentively to your body it is with you ….your constant companion for the 100 year stretch.
